Model FA

Model G
Flapper style valves are designed to be quick opening and provide for maximum flow through the tool. Flapper valves are an excellent choice for highly abrasive fluids. The flapper style valve operates with primary blowout prevention equipment for internal pressure control.

Model GA
Flapper style incorporates all of the features of the Model-G and has a V*” carbide orifice built into the flapper mechanism. The orifice provides for automatic partial filling of the drillpipe during running in. The valve can also be used to monitor differential pressure when necessary.
Soap Sticks
Description
The HS-100D is a hard red stick in a split cardboard tube. These sticks are water soluble and contain a combination of surfactants formulated for drilling.
Product Benefits
HS-100D sticks are formulated to improve drilling efficiency and bit life. This product reduces the surface tension in drilling fl uids and aids in the wetting of solids. Thus reducing bit balling when drilling clay type formations.
Sapp Sticks
Description
HF111D is an orange hard stick contained in a split cardboard disposable tube.
Product Benefits
HF111D is a blend of surfactants and sodium acid pyrophosphate formulated to reduce bit balling. The combination of the surfactants and SAPP is a very effective bit cleaner, solids dispersant and drilling fl uid thinner. Improved bit penetration can be expected when the HF111D is added to the mud system by injecting into the drillpipe during drilling operations.
WPS Polymer
Description
The WPS polymer stick is a white paper tube containing a PHPA type copolymer with a dispersant.
Product Benefits
The WPS polymer sticks are specifi cally applied to drilling fl uids to sweep well bores and casing strings to carry cuttings and materials to the surface. Polymers also act as either a viscosifier or bentonite extender. In addition it flocculates and settles solids in clear water drilling. Other benefi ts include minimizing bit balling and add to bit life thru lubrication. Adding polymer to drilling fluids by introducing the product into the drill pipe when making a connection offers a major benefit by reducing waste and reducing slip and fall hazards. Experimentation is suggested.
